1. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives with missing items, damage, or breakage, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Take a video of the package opening (showing the contents and any visible damage).

  • Share the video evidence along with your order number and any relevant details.

Once we receive the video and confirm the issue, we will promptly send out replacement items.


2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any items unless they meet the criteria outlined above (damaged, missing, or broken items). All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.


3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the case of damaged, broken, or missing items if a replacement is not possible or acceptable. In such cases, we will process your refund once the issue has been verified and confirmed.
